"Worked with Nicole in switching vehicles on our policy. She was very friendly & helpful. Explained how we had sold our vehicle about a month prior but was told best to not cancel it on our policy if we were replacing it. Sounds like that was good advice because new vehicle was added quickly while I was at the dealer. Nicole was great to work with and said she would follow up in a day to make sure we had what we needed. Top of the line service. Much appreciated."
